I've not done 5/3/1 so I'll hop on that one to get experience with it...

I would definitely be interested in doing Kiefer's program.

Edit: Due to the fact I am now in the middle of prepping for a meet I won't be able to start until after June 16th, but I still want to do Kiefer's program.

I've been on 531 for a while, quite dissapointed with bench results since pretty much everything else worked better for me.
So i'd like to try kiefer's protocol. thx.

I've run Jim's 5/3/1 for Powerlifting for a little over a year now.  I'm very interested in trying the Kiefer's program if given the chance.  I've been running CBL for a nearly 2 months, down about 20 pounds and I haven't lost any strength.

Currently on Renegade Diet and preparing my switch over to CBL.

On my 2nd week of the 3rd month of 531 Boring But Big, having great results although also coming back from injury so gains are a little skew maybe.

I'll happily keep running 531 though. Love the simplicity.

Feel that I should gain more on CBL with the 531 program as I train fasted at the moment and get by on about 100g carbs a day.

I've got things set up to do this challenge!

Drauglir's volunteered to help run it, so we'll use this thread as a starting point, collect names, ask preference of program (no guarantees, we need even #s on both sides), and start the challenge when we've got enough people ready.
