5/3/1 VS. Kiefer protocol challenge. Sign up here!
« on: April 14, 2012, 03:44:50 AM »
In the third episode of BioJacked, Kiefer talked about an experiment on how to increase your bench faster: 5/3/1 or a new protocol based on Shockwave.

I will be monitoring this challenge. I'll keep a tally here in this post.

While the challenge is running, the program will only be given out to the participants. We will start as soon as I get everyones email.

Please send me a PM with your email address ASAP so we can start this thing!

I've marked people who have already sent me their email address with a "*".

Sign up here for either 5/3/1 or Kiefer's Shockwave for Bench!
We need at least 20 on each side.

You must be doing Carb Back-Loading to join this challenge. It's the only way we can maintain some kind of consistency for testing purposes. Plus it will help maximize strength gains on either of these protocols.

I love the idea for it.
I'd totally be down for Keifers program, if he could make it simpler and more effective it should be interesting to try out.

I havn't done either plan, but I want in on this too!  Since probably everyone will want to be on team Kiefer, put me down for team 5/3/1.

Kiefer said that we need to be about 40 people, 20 on each program. To get that sort of participation I think he or Naomi needs to organize something. Maybe set up a sticky somewhere or something..

Down for the Kiefer protocol

I've done 5/3/1 before. It helped my squat and press, but my bench didn't budge  :-[

My bench skyrocketed while doing SW on CNS, so I'd obviously want to do that.

I'm in for 5/3/1. I'm a big fan of the program and would love to be part of this experiment.
