Adding micellar casein to blend h

Kiefer said in Sean Hyson's interview he would add micellar casein to blend h. I know this was the old breakdown:

45% Ion Exchange Whey Isolate
20% Hydrolyzed 1400
5% Hydrolyzed 520
30% PeptoPro
 
How would Kiefer do it now with the micellar casein in it? I ask because I am about to put in a order. Thanks

I tried figuring out the same thing a while back...couldn't get an answer either hopefully something will come up if anything see if PF.com has pure casein like that on it's own then add the amount from the book to the mix.

This is based off of the hypertrophic potientor in the book:

40% Whey isolate
20% Millcellar Casein
15% Hydrolyzed 1500
20% Pepto Pro
5% Hydrolyzed 520

Personally I skip the PeptoPro (It's too much money) and just make it 40% Hydrolyzed 520.

I forgot to mention I skip the 1400 too.

This is what I do, I have good results with this

40% Whey isolate
40% Hydrolyzed 520
20% Casein

Mhmm I'll probably try a pound or two of that mix while adding Leucine. Sounds like an ideal CNS mix too without the carbs. And sounds cheaper.

And what exactly is better, Stevia or Splenda with these? I've been adding BetterStevia to say coffee, and also thought Stevia was better. but with a PWO Shake it doesn't really matter does it?

It's a bit complicated because I actually do not have Protein Factory mix the whey isolate.  I order the whey seperately because I use whey isolate shakes in my backloads and for my pre-workout shakes.  But I normally order 5lbs of it and it lasts me 2 months.  However I take double the dose you do and I workout 5 times a week.

Oh sweet that's something I'm definitely looking into! Thanks! Quick question do you do a full scoop of the 60/40 mix with a 10g amount of whey isolate? Just wanting to get a good idea. Because I take a scoop of ISO 100 with 5g of Leucine PWO.

*Good God, I just made the 5lbs worth of 60/40 with vanilla and splenda for $62.50, and I got the special offer for CFM Whey Isolate for $60, and then the Leunox (Leucine) for $45. Came out to be $168 not including shipping...haven't placed it yet but wow...
