How much do you normally get and how long does it last? If I did this, I'd be doing a 25g amount of protein.
Also so it's the 40% CFM Whey Isolate, 40% 520, and 20% Membrane Micellar Casein?
And what exactly is better, Stevia or Splenda with these? I've been adding BetterStevia to say coffee, and also thought Stevia was better. but with a PWO Shake it doesn't really matter does it?
