No, but with you on DB shouldn't matter too much.

Great pre-workout, way more effective and less gimmicky than most, well-priced, too. I'm addicted to the stuff, and I don't feel the ace k has prevented me from losing any fat...Or rather, when I am trying to lose fat, it's not the little things that make me stall, but then again it may not be optimal. Since you are bulking, I wouldn't worry about it.

Well ok with ace k how much does it take to raise insulin in say a 180lb male. as for mice it was somethinglike 20mg per lb of bodyweight.

I don't know if anyone truly knows, but I wouldn't worry about it unless you you goal becomes fat loss and you begin to stall.

Well before i would consume like 1-2 rockstar zeros and those have ace k in them, this was while losing the winter coat to a more appreciable look. So yeah i have switched to mainly Coffee and Spike(no ace k). Not really noticing a big difference. So i was trying to figure out if there is a level that causes. oh well.

Holy Shit, I haven't had Spike in so long.
That stuff used to by life blood to me.

Anyway, I wouldn't worry about it then.
It seems like some people are more effected by it then others.

I don't know if there is an exact level. I know the guys over at Propane Fitness did some digging and figured out you'd need to drink something like 6 Liters of cola to get enough ace-k in to cause a spike. I know I've been one who's been trying to push Kiefer to give a little more insight on their findings, but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears and/or he's waiting for more evidence and until then is siding on caution.

Regardless he states in the book that you can consume energy drinks pre-workout (in moderation) so I always drink a monster/rockstar before I workout. I'm kinda stuck between SA and DB with regards to what I'm trying to accomplish while CBL'ing but so far it hasn't affected my results at all.  8)

Spike is so awesome, too bad it's so expensive here. I'll miss it in Japan...

Either way the main reason I'm staying away from energy drinks is the absurd cost, not the ace k. Rage is pretty cost-efficient though :P

The ace-k issue has been a thorn in my side since starting...

I am ADDICTED to Xenergy from Xyience... the cherry lime is worth killing over.

LOVE THAT STUFF! Ace-k can stop fat burning but I'd use it prior to training since...you'll be taking whey and leucine and that will spike insulin levels to keep muscles from being catabolic. So...I'd say don't limit yourself to never using it, but don't do it everyday type of habit. Just my opinion.

No caffeine dosage? Sad, but looks nice otherwise.
