This could very well be my computer here at work.....but, when I click on the link, it just says "loading" when I get to the download page, but nothing ever loads.

Common problem, sorry.  For now, try a different browser.   Me, I'll work on convincing Kiefer that that intro's just not that cool...

Does anyone know when the shockwave PDF will be available again? I've tried to get it on several different browses and it always says that it's expired or unavailable...

I dL it the other day & opened it in iBooks on my iPhone. Its in the pdf library, I'm sure its the same for the iPad if thats your gig. It seems to be working so far.

The problem isn't opening the book, but downloading it

Tried to get shockwave 1.4 today.  Put in my name and email address...never got anything in my inbox.  Tried again with a different email address...still got nothing.  Tried two more times with two different browsers...still no email.

Why can't there just be a download link on the shockwave page?

Same problem here, I just re-submitted with a different address, and it worked.

This worked for me as well.  It was an old Yahoo account I had it sent to, if that helps anyone reading.
